Last Will and Testament of Aaron Phillips

On this 27th day of December 1890 I Aaron Phillips at my own house near Nestorville Barbour
County W. Va., make this my last Will, and first of all I give unto the Lord my sole.
Secondly: all they (sic) real estate property to my wife so long as she remains my widower (sic)
at her death or seasing (sic) to be my widower (sic). Burlin Phillips is to have the following parcel
of land. Beginning at a White Oak standing by the fence on the edge of the road leading from my
house Calvins Marsh thence to run North to Nestor's line, with Nestor's line East to a corner
belonging to Nestor & Myself, thence N to Anons (sic) Line then E with anans line to a stone pile,
thence S. to a chestnut thence East to a white oak corner of my own and Anthony Nestor & K.
Isner, thence S. to the road running through said land and with the sentor (sic) of said road as was
last lad (sic) out to the beginning, and Scott Phillips is to have all of they (sic) remaining balance
of said Parce (sic) of land nowing (sic) as the I.B. Marsh farm. The pursonly (sic) property to be
divided or sold as follows: one cow to my wife all the bed clothing to my wife all the rest of the
property to be sold or divided, and the proceeces (sic) to be equally (sic) divided between S.J.
Shafer, F. (or) T. S. Campbell, Lindy Stalnaker and Rachel Nestor. There is one hundred &
eighty dollars in the store at Scott Phillips and after this one hundred & eighty dollars is refunded
to my estat (sic) and two hundred and eighteen dollars to Scott the balance after paying all
company clames (sic) to be equal divid (sic) between the girls as pursonly (sic) property. Scott
Phillips is to pay all debts funeral expenses. I now appoint Scott Phillips & Bedford Campbell
as administrators of this my will signed, sealed and delivered in the presents (sic) of S & L. Marsh.

The last Will and testament of Aaron Phillips deceased was this day presented in said office by
Scott Phillips one of the Executors therein named and the same being duly proved before me by
the oaths of R.E. Marsh and Scott Phillips two of the subscribing witnesses thereto was ordered
to be recorded and a record thereof was made accordingly.
