In the name of God, Amen I, Delita Ann Sturm, of Barbour County, West Virginia, being of
sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First - I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and
discharge all the debts, dues and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease.
Second I give and bequeath unto my husband, Jesse Sturm all of my estate both real and
personal, to keep to hold and use for his maintenance and support during his natural life, subject
to the following provisions, that is to say, after his death he shall give to Arminda, my daughter,
the wife of Willis Lantz, One Dollar. To my daughter, Matilda Elizabeth, the wife of Jacob
Lance, One Dollar. To Louisa Ellen, my daughter, the wife of Edmund Lance, One Dollar, unto
my daughter, Affa Susen, the wife of B.F. Wood, five dollars, unto Andrew J. Sturm, the son of
Henry Sturm, my adopted child, he shall give one bed with the usual bedding, and the remainder
of my estate, both real and personal that may be remaining after the death of my husband, I give
and bequeath unto my son, Draper Jasper Sturm.
Third I hereby nominate and appoint Jesse Sturm Executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my name, this 11th day of February, 1897.

The above and foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and
declared by the said Delita Ann Sturm as and for her last will and testament in presence of us,
who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our
names as witnesses.

The Last Will and Testament of Delita Ann Sturm, Deceased, was this day presented in said office
for probate, and the same being duly proved before me by the oaths of William J. Bartlett and
R.B. Corder, the subscribing witnesses hereto was ordered to be recorded and a record thereof
was made accordingly. Said Will was presented for probate we of the subscribing witnesses
