Left to right: Dennis Hill, Cinda Price Hill, Jacob Theodore Hill (sitting) and Harry Hill. Jacob was born 18 Oct 1867, Barbour Co., WV, a son of Edward and Catharine Hill. He married Cinda Price and had three children: Dennis, Harry and Helena Hill.

Helena Hill (1922-1987), daughter of Jacob and Cinda Hill of Belington WV and her cousin, Garland Hill (1913-1977) of Clarksburg WV, son of Thomas (s/o Anthony, s/o Edward) and Gertrude Hill.

Graves of Appoline Hill Harvey (June 4, 1870-Dec 17, 1963), daughter of Edward and Catharine Hill, and her twin brother, Hanibal H. Hill (June 4, 1870-Dec 21, 1937), and his wife, Ella M. Hill (1874-1935). They are buried in Fraternal Cemetery, Belington WV.

Graves of Anthony Hill (Feb 1, 1860-Mar 28, 1953), son of Edward and Catharine Hill, and his wife, Sarah E. Bogard Hill (1858-1920), buried Evergreen North Cemetery, Parkersburg WV. His twin brother, William Hill (Feb 1, 1860-Sep 15, 1928), and his wife, Sarah Melissa Hill (1853-1929) are buried in Fraternal Cemetery, Belington WV.

Solomon Hill
Belington, May 13---Solomon Hill, 74, died here Wednesday, following a brief illness of paralysis. He was a son of Edmond Hill and Katherine Hill, and was born and reared within a few miles of this city, and had spent his entire life in this community.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Katherine (Triplett) Hill; two sons, Columbus C. and Haynes, both of Belington, and three daughters, Mrs. C. A. Coontz, Mrs. Alva Champ, of Belington, and Mrs. Clifford Holsberry, of Philippi. Also three brothers, Antony Hill, of Parkersburg, and Jacob and Hannibal H., of Belington, and four sisters, Mrs. Isballe Harvey, Mrs. Apoline Harvey, Mrs. Monroe Moore and Lanie, all of Belington and vicinity.
Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. Church, South, this afternoon, with the Rev. E. B. Lambert in charge. Interment was at Fraternal cemetery.
