Isaac Sturms of the County of Barbour and State of West Virginia, make this my last will and
testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made, and direct the payment of my just debts.
I give devise and bequeath to Mary C. Strawderman a note I hold against David Strawderman of
Ninety-five Dollars and in the hands of F.M. Watring executor of Martha J. Sturms Dec. as her
part of my estate. I give to Addie Bryan my bed and bedding and the remainder of all moneys and
notes to W.H. Sturms. I appoint W.H. Sturms my executor of this my will. Witness my signature
this the 2 day of May 1906.

Signed published and declared by Isaac Sturms as and for his last will and testament in the
presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of one and other, have
hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Last Will and Testament of Isaac Sturms Deceased was this day presented in said office for
probate by W.H. Sturms Executor therein named and the same having been duly proved before
me by the oaths of J.L. Bennett and David Ruckman, the two subscribing witnesses there the
same was ordered to be recorded and a record thereof was made accordingly in Will Book No. 2
Page 439.
And upon motion of W.H. Sturms, F.M.Watring is hereby appointed administrator of
Isaac Sturms deceased and thereupon he together with R.L. Poling as and for his surety entered
into and acknowledged a bond of $200.00 conditioned according to law and took the oath
prescribed by law as such administrator.
