I, Nicholas Sturm of Barbour County, West Virginia, a farmer, make this my last will. I give, devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows, that is to say: Marcilea McGee is to have eighteen acres of land on the south west end of my farm adjoining lands of Perry F. Poling and Daniel Sturm, also all of my personal property; Michael Sturm is to have the remainder of my real estate. In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at my residence on this 26th day of October, 1881.

The said Nicholas Sturm at his residence on said 26th day of October 1881 signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last will and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.
