Science Club
The Science Club met last Friday in room 16. The meeting was given over to the
election of new officers. Those who were elected are: President, Blain TENNEY;
Vice President, Lenore MILLER; Secretary Robert SUMMERS; Treasurer, Maximne
CHAPMAN; Sargeant in Arms, Elmer ZINN; Reporter, Kathleen PROUDFOOT. A committee
was appointed for the revising of the constitution which will be voted upon at the
next meeting.
Girl Reserve
The Girls Reserve Club held its regular meeting, Monday in room 17. Ruth JACKSON had
charge of the discussion. As one of the Club's projects this year the club decided to buy a mirror
for the girl's basement. The club is plainning to hve a weiner roast sometime soon.
Home Economics
The Home Ec Club met Thursday. Bessie CAMPBELL had charge of the program. The subject
was "Professions in the Home Economics Field". Jennie WADDELL gave a talk on
"Dietetics"; Jessie Lee ZINN, "Home Demonstration Agents"; Josephine SMITH, "Home
Economics Teachers".
