In the Clerks office of the County Court of Calhoun County in the vacation of said court on Tuesday the 18 day of October 1887 came Martha Ann Coutz widow of Peter Coutz deceased and presented to me the undersigned clerk of the said court a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Peter Coutz deceased for probate in the said office as required by law and thereupon came Isaac B. Early and Isaac L.
