The State of West Virginia Calhoun County I Calder Hayhurst of Sheridan District Calhoun County West Virginia make this my last will. I Give devise and bequeath My Estate and property real and personal as follows that is to say to my beloved daughters Sarah Hayhurst and Rebecca Sophia Hayhurst the Home farm on which we now live reserving the one third interest to my beloved wife Mary C. Hayhurst during her life time then to be equally divided between the above named Sarah and Rebecca Sophia Hayhurst to my Wife Mary C. Hayhurst all of the personal property to be used or disposed of as She thinks to the best advantage in Maintaining the family except My interest in the estate of Amos Hayhurst deceased which shall be divided as follows that is to say to my wife one third. and Sarah Hayhurst one third to be collected by the Executor and deposited in the first National Bank of Fairmont at Fairmont West Virginia to be Drawn when she is twenty one years old one third to Rebecca Sophia Hayhurst to be collected by the Executor and deposited in the first National Bank of Fairmont at Fairmont West Virginia to be drawn when she is twenty one years old.
I Calder Hayhurst appoint Jacob Hayhurst of the County of Calhoun and State of West Virginia Executor of this my Will in Witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at my residence in Calhoun County West Virginia on this the 28th day of August 1877.

Signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last will and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as Subscribing Witnesses the day and year first above written.
