Will Book II, pages 9-10

I, Andrew Stemple, of Mt. Zion, Calhoun Co., West Virginia, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to-wit:
First: - All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fuilly paid.
Second: - I give, devise and bequeath all my personal property to my beloved wife, Mandy J. Stemple.
Third: - I give, devise and bequeath the home farm where I now reside to my two sons, Roy J. Stemple and Ralph Stemple. The same to be controlled by my beloved wife, Mandy J. Stemple as long as she remains my widow.
Fourth: - I give, devise and bequeath to my two daughters, Elvy Jane Stemple and Delma Zurilla Stemple, such personal property as my beloved wife, Mandy J. Stemple thinks advisable to give them. It being my intention when I bequeathed all my personal property to my wife for her to provide for my two daughters, Elvy Jane Stemple and Delma Zurella Stemple.
Fifth: - I give the care, sustody and controll of my son Ray Stemple to my bro., Ira Stemple until he becomes twenty one years old. I also bequeath to my son Ray Stemple ten $10.00 dollars in currency. But should he be unwilling to go to live with my bro., Ira Stemple and wishes to stay at home with his mother and be controlled by her, then he shall share equally with my other sons, Roy J. Stemple and Ralph Stemple in the home farm.
Sixth: - I grant and devise to my bro., Ira Stemple the right to sell the farm we jointly own together, it being known as the M. J. Haverty farm, and the proceeds of the same to be paid to my executor.
Seventh: - Should my beloved wife wish to remove her place of residence to my people, thin I grant and bequeath unto her the right to sell my real estate on which I now live, the proceeds to be invested in real estate and be divided as aforesaid.
Eighth: - I nominate and appoint my beloved wife, mandy J. Stemple to be the executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 18th day of August, 1906.

Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for the last will and testament by the above named testator in our presence, who have at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other signed our names as witnesses thereto.

WEST VIRGINIA, TO WIT:
In vacation of the County Court of Calhoun County in the Clerk's office of said Court at the Court house thereof on Tuesday October 9th, 1906.
A paper writing, bearing date the 18th day of August, 1906, purporting to be the last will and testament of Andrew Stemple, deceased, who had a known place of residence in said county, wherein he died, was this day presented for probate to the undersigned clerk of said court, in vacation of said court, by Mandie Stemple, in whose custody the said will was left by the said decedent, and thereupon came G. G. Kelley and Carr Shaffer, the subscribing witnesses to the said paper writing, and who after being duly sworn, proved at the time of the execution of said will, the said Andrew Stemple was of sound mind and disposing memory, and over the age of 21 years, that he signed the said will in their presence and published and declared the same as and for his last will and testament, and that they at the same time, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, subscribed their names to the said will as witnesses, whereupon the said will is hereby duly admitted to probate, as the true last will and testament of the said Andrew Stemple, deceased.
