Located in
the County Seat of Doddridge County, the Town of West Union, is the Wall
of Honor, dedicated to all of those who have served in the US Armed
Forces.
The Wall is located on the Courthouse Square. Servicemen's names are inscribed behind the glass. Doddridge County is patriotic and proud of it. Doddridge County has provided more servicemen and servicewomen per capita than any other county in the USA. The Wall is a testimonial to those who have served. This is one of the entrances to West Union - painted by local artist Sheila Sutton. |
