The Following transfers of real estate were left for record at  Clerk Hook's office Yesterday.
Deed Made April 16, 1886, by W.J. W Cowden, special commissioner, to J.T. Mc Clure, for a piece of ground in John P.  ??christ's addition Consideration $ 1200.

Deed made April 15, 1886, by Mrs. Sara E. Allen, to Louis Kalbreath, for lot No. 10 in square No. 42, in the old town of South Wheeling. Consideration $ 352.50(*could be 852.50)

Deed made April 1, 1886, by Elizabeth Dillon and husband, to Oella P. Kepner, wife of S. A. Kepner, for the east half of  lot 54, on the south  side of 15th street. Consideration $2, 250.
