Starting page 15, 1786

Ordered that the clerk of Hardy County purchase books necessary for entering the records of said County and that the money advanced by the clerk shall be refunded by the County.

Ordered that Garrett Van Meter, Gentleman, take a list of tithes and taxable property from the mouth of the South Fork down the South Branch on both sides on all its waters to the county line and inhabitants of North Run.

Ordered that Stephen Ruddle, Gentleman, take a list of tithes and taxable property from Hampshire County Line including the Capon waters from said line to Rockingham line.

Ordered that Abel Randall, Gentleman, take a list of tithes and taxable property from the mouth of the South Fork on the east side of the South Branch and on the waters of the said branch to the Gap and also on the South Fork as far as George Stumps.

Michael Stump, Gentleman is ordered to take a list of the tithes and taxable property from George Stumps on the waters of the South Fork to the Rockingham line.

Ordered that Jonathan Heath, Gentleman, take a list of tithes and taxable property from the mouth of the South Fork on the waters of the Branch and its waters to Badgly's Ford.

Ordered that Felix Seymour, Gentleman, take a list of of tithes and taxable property on Luna's Creek and its waters as low as Badgly's Ford and on the waters of the west side of the Branch to the mines and on the waters of North Fork as far as the county line.

Ordered that Job Hutton take a list of tithes and taxable property from the Gap on the east side of the South Branch and its waters to the Salt Works and up the McNeill Creek as far as Mowers.

Ordered that Robert Poage, Gentleman, take a list of tithes and taxable property from Mowers up McNeill's Creek and the upper Tract to the County line.

Ordered that Vincent Williams, Gentleman, take a list of tithes and taxable property from the head of Patterson's Creek waters to John Doughatts.

Ordered that William Vause , Gentleman, take the list of tithes from Doughatts down Patterson's Creek and its waters to the County line, Mill Creek to the said line and New Creek and the North Branch and their waters to the said line.
