This Deed made this 26th day of October in the year 1867 between Elizabeth
Wilson of the first part and Abraham Willis all of the County of Grant and
the State of West Virginia Witnesseth that for the consideration of the sum
of seventy Dollars in hand paid to the said Elizabeth Wilson by the said
Abraham Willis the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, she the said
Elizabeth Wilson hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain
and sell unto the said Abraham Willis his heirs or assigns forever by general
warranty in fee simple all her right, title, interest and claim in and to a
certain tract of land which her father Jacob Willis died seized and possessed
of being one undivided seventh part of one tract of Land in said County of
Grant in the state aforesaid on Patterson's Creek Mountain adjoining the
lands of S.Y.Simmons, Seymour and others containing Two hundred and nine
Acres more or less to have and to hold the same with its appertinences
thereto belonging.
