Flinn Cemetery

Location: On Little Sandy Road, east of Sherman

There are two readings of this cemetery. The first was done in 1981 and can be found in the book "Grant District Cemeteries, Jackson County, West Virginia" by Carolyn Thomas Miihlbach. She states "it was quite difficult to find all the stones because of the weeds, saplings and mulitflora roses" but has over 60 burials recorded. The second, done a year later, is below, and lists only 19 burials.

Pictures of most of the remaining stones added March 3, 2013. Photographs by Karen Smith.
