Location: Co Rd 40 southwest of Gay on hill where Billy's Run flows into Elk Fork

The body of Mary Rhodes was taken to the Spencer area and the stone given to the family of Sarah Rhodes. It was placed at the head of Sarah's grave but the name and date were never changed.
