I used the listings in "Jackson County Cemeteries, Vol 2" by the Jackson County Historical Society, when a stone was not easy to read, and checked death records when there was a question. There are several stones that are worn to the point where they cannot be read. I've included some readings that are listed in the book and for which I cannot identify a marker.
