  • 1948 - Ethel Ferguson (Sworn in July 1, 1948, to serve out her husband's term)
  • 1951 - Charles A. Hill
  • 1957 - Charles Enoch "C.E." Kessel
  • 1981 - Annabelle Durst (later Taylor)
  • note: C. E. Kessel served longer than any other County Clerk - 24 years; second, Benjamin Wright, Jr., 19 years; and third, George Burton Crow, 18 years.
