1838

The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Kanawha county,
Greeting: You are hereby commanded to summon Daniel Schoonover and William Schoonover Devisees of Solomon Schoonover deceased to appear before the Judge of the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery, holden at Weston, for the county of Lewis, at rules in the Clerk's office of the said court on the first Monday in April next to answer a bill in chancery exhibited against them &c in our said court, by Alfred Beauchamp and unless they shall answer the said bill within four months thereafter the court will take the same for confessed and decree accordingly, and this they shall in no wise omit under the penalty of 333 1/3 dollars each and have then there this writ:

Witness John Talbott, Clerk of our said court, at Weston, the 10th day of February 1838 and 62nd year of the Commonwealth.
