Marshall County Will Book 2, page 27 This my last will and testament of Thomas P Jones of Union Township in County of Marshall and State of West Virginia. I Thomas P Jones considering the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory. Do will and bebequeath my real and personal goods and affects as follows viz: to my wife Rebecca Jones my beloved lawfull wife all of my real and personal goods and affects for her maintaince and support her natural life and at her decease all that may remain real and personal goods and affects to be divided between my two grandchildren Thomas Anthony Kagger the son of my Daughter Chanity Ann Kagger. and Ethani Elvira Jones the daughter of my Daughter Elizabeth Jones and do apoint Henry Keltz my Executor. Jones Dec was this day fully proven in open court by oaths of Richard Allen and John M. Brown the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and Henry Keltz the Executor therein named who made oath thereto and together with J.D. Parkinson his serenity who qualified as to his sufficiency entered into and acknowleldges this bond in the penalty of $600.00 conditioned and payable as the law directs.
