I Mary B. Riggs of Moundsville Marshall County W. Va.
being of sound and disposing mind and beliving in the
uncertanity of human life. Make this my last will. I give
devise and bequeath my estate and property real and
personal as follows: That is to say:
After all my legal debts are paid. First - I wish all
my household property of whatever kind to be equally
divided between my three sisters - viz: Kate Hagar
Martha Grimes and Maggie Parkinson, second all
the rest of my property both real and personal to be
divided equally between my three sisters above
named, the children of my deceased sister - Elizabeth
Walker, my two brothers viz: Adolphuis Burley and
John A. Burley constituting six shares, all to have
share and share alike.
For the purpose of carring out the provisions of the above
will I hereby appoint J.L. Parkinson my sole executor
residence of same Moundsville, W. Va.
In witness of which I have sigen and sealed and published
and declared this instrument as my last will at
Moundsville, W. Va. this 20-day of February 1891

The said Mary B. Riggs as place and on said day
signed and sealed this instrument and published and
declared the same as and for her last will and we at
her request and in her presence and in the presence
of each other have hereunto written our names as
subscribing witnesses.

A paper writing bearing date on the 20th day of Feby.
1891 purporting to be the last will and testament of
Mary B. Riggs late of this County dec'd way this day
fully proved before me in my office upon the
oath of Mary B. Parkinson and Geo. W. Bruce the 
subscribing witnesses thereto and is ordered to be
recorded. and J. L. Parkinson the executor in said
will named declining to act, upon motion
of J. L. Parkinson. W. O. Grimes is appointed
administrator with the will annexed of Mary
B. Riggs dec'd. Thereupon the said W.O. Grimes
took the oath as required by law and together
with J. B. Hicks his surety who first qualified
as to his sufficuncy entered into and acknoledged
their bond in the ?? sum of $1000.00 conditioned and
payable as the law directs. Thereupon certificate is
granted the said W. O. Grimes for obtaining a probate
of said will in due form.
