I, Mathew Boyd, of Benwood, Marshall County, West Virginia, make this my last will. Hereby revoking all former wills. I give, desire, and bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows: that is to say:
First I direct that all my funeral expenses be paid by my Executor. To my son, Abraham Boyd of Benwood, West Virginia, I desire and give the house and lot where he now lives that I bought from Robert and Frances Stypers and I further give and bequeath to my son, Abraham Boyd, all of my personal estate and property of every kind and I direct that my son Abraham Boyd, pay to my children, Margaret Anderson, William H. Boyd, Isaac Boyd and Jeremiah Boyd: each one dollar, which amount is all that I intended them to have of my estate.
I appoint J. L. Pelley of Benwood, Executor of this my will. In Witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument of my will at Benwood, Marshall County, West Virginia on this 22nd day of February 1881.
