In the name of God Amen I Jonathan Grindstaff of Ohio County & Commonwealth Virginia being sound in body & mind my will is that my property is to be sold that is five hoggs & my sadle & rifle gunn & my corn one hundred & sixty bushel my will is that is to say that my wheet is to be sold to pay off all my debts my will is to say that my dear Mother is to keep my horse to be her property if I never return again. A true copy from the original which was proven in court at September term 1814 & ordered to be recorded.
