Know all men by these present that I Lemuel R. Richmond knowing the shortness of life and the certainty of death do make and bequeath unto my daughter Florance Virginia Bell Richmond one bed and bedding and one side saddle.
To my son, George Leslie Earl Richmond the money that George Tolan gave me provided that he clains it was for my son George L.E. Richmond. I further direct that the balance of my beds and bedding is to be divided between the four, viz, Jeremiah Richmond, William E. Richmond, George L.E. Richmond and Cora E. Richmond.
The balance of my property both personal and real estate, after my debts are paid to be shared equally between my five children.
I also direct that my executors shall have the power to sell all or a part of my property both real and personal and to pay off my indebtness the residue to be divided equally between my five chidlren. I appoint W.S. Richmond my executor. Given under my hand the 11th day of December the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred ninety one.
