Marshall County Will Book 2, page 123 I John Neehouse of the County of Marshall in the State of West Virginia being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, that is first after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I bequeath unto my wife Lucy all my personal property of every kind to be hers absolutely. Second, I devise also unto my wife Lucy, all my Real Estate, consisting of a small tract of land on Brown's Run in Marshall County, and on which I now reside, containing about fifteen acres of land with the improvements thereon to be disposed of as she may think proper. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal this 6th day of august 1868. Signed Sealed, Published, declared by the said John Neehouse as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who have subscribed our names hereto as his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, James D. Morris , H. Kelly West Virginia Marshall County Court Nov 12, 1879. A paper writing bearing date Aug. 6, 1878 , to be the last will and testament of John C Neehouse late of this County Deed. Was this day fully proved in open court by the oaths of James D. Morris and H. Kelly the two witnesses thereto and is ordered to be recorded.
