Will Book 2 Page 126 1880 (Tolbert or Talbert?) In the name of God amen. I William Tolbert of the County of Marshall and State of West Virginia being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last Will and testament. I require all my just debts to be paid out of my Estate. I give and bequeath unto my wife Sarah Ellen all of my Estate real and personal during her natural life. At the expiration of my wifes lifetime all of the real and personal Estate remaining to descend to my nephew George McClellan Rogerson, and his heirs forever. but should the said George McClellan Rogerson die before my wife, then all of my real and personal property to go to my wife alone. I appoint my wife Sarah Ellen the Executrix of this my last Will and testament. Sept 3rd, 1867.
