Amos Keyser Will

????? that I Amos Keyser of the County of Marshall and State of West Virginia
Hereby revoking all former wills by me made at any time do make this my last
will and testament in manner following, that I direct that my just debts be
paid with all convient speed.
First:  To my daughter Mary Foster, Margaret Snider and Isabell Coffielt I
give and bequeath two Hundred Dollars to each of them to be paid out of my
estate.
Second:  I give and bequeath to the heirs of Elizabeth Null Dec Two Hundred
Dollars to be divided equally among them out of my estate.
Third:  I give and bequeath to the heirs of Hannah Anderson Dec'd Two Hundred
Dollars to be divided equally among them out of my estate.
Fourth:  I further provide that my son James Keyser shall have his maintenance
out of my estate.
Fifth:  All the rest residue and remainder of my estate real and personal I
give devise and bequeath unto the heirs of Wm Keyser Dec'd.  I do hereby
declare these presents to be and contain my last will and testament.  In
witness whereof I the said Amos Keyser have to this my last will written upon
one sheet of paper and to this last will and testament set my hand and seal
this 30th day of May 1888.

Signed sealed published declared by the testator Amos Keyser as and for his
last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his
request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses.

West Virginia Clerks Office Marshall County court June 28th 1889.
     A paper writing bearing date on the 30th day of May, 1888 purporting to
be the last will & testament of Amos Keyser late of this County Deceased was
this day fully Proved before me in my office by the oaths of John G. McCreary,
Samuel Crow, John H. Jefferson the subscribing witnesses thereto & is ordered
to be recorded.
