Allen Thomas Pullins, son of Charles Henry and Almire Cossin Pullins,
was born December 26,1872 and departed this life October 7,1947,
age 74-9-11. On June 23,1892 he was united in marriage to Emily
J. Stover. To this union was born one son. Elmer E. Pullins. His
beloved companion, Emily Pullins, preceded him in death February
23,1894. He was again united in marriage to Rachel Smith April
23,1896,and to this union ten children were born, three of whom
preceded him in death. His second companion was called to her
eternal home August 20,1918. Then on January 10,1935 he was united
in marriage to Iantha (Dunham) Stone. His father, mother, one
brother, Charley, one sister, Nancy Graham, three Children, Roy,
Asa and Merla, one grandson, Elbert Jacobs and one great-grandson,
Perry Dean Hager, also preceded him in death. Those left to mourn
his departure are: His loving companion Iantha Pullins and eight
children. Elmer Wyvil and Mrs. Howard Wilson, all of Evans, Emmett
of Ravenswood, Mrs. Bert Grimm of Point Pleasant, Mrs. Hobart
Sayre of Letart, Mrs. Milton Hoschar of Fostoria, Ohio, and Mrs.
Golden Jacobs of Hillsboro, Ohio, 23 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren,
one sister, Mrs. Frances Flowers of Leon. One Brother George William
of Buffalo and host of other relatives and friends. Burial was
in the Creston Cemetery.
