I am searching for Sabra Ann (Huffman) Wimmer. She was married to a Robert M. Wimmer and had lived in Tazewell County in 1859-to mid 1860's. She was said to have moved and lived in Mercer or McDowell County in the late 1860-early 1870's. She had been divorced from the Wimmer and was supposed to have been living with an African American Family in one of the above mentioned counties. She is my husband's g/g/grandmother and we are trying to find out where she lived and when she died. I would certainly appreciate any help you may be able to give to us, or refer us to someone else. I am looking for Walter White of Mercer Co, WV. I have no dates. I do know that he married Josephine virginia (Bailey?) and had my grandmother, Lotus, plus other children. My grandmother was born 3-19-1900 and she was not the oldest child, at least I don't think she was. I have a picture of them all but have no names to put with the faces, or dates. Can you help?

I was wondering if you might have any info on a Samuel "Dewey" Wood b abt 1900 d 1952, married Zenia Ann Scott (date unknown) B 13 Oct 1905 d2 Mar 1989. They lived in Mercer Co, Wv where they raised 6 of their 7 children, the 1 died as a small child. These are my grandparents. Any information you might be able to give me will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am trying to find out where Beaver Pond, Mercer Co,WV was located, according to the 1920 and 1930 census, my husbands side of the family lived there, in 1920 census they lived on what looks like NWW Hope Rd, and in the 1930 census they lived on State Road 4, the family names are Harney J Poole, he is in both census along with his daughter Virgir J Poole who married N.Grat BeckleHeimer/ Becklenheimer very hard to read in the 1930 census. According the 1930 census, N.Grat Becklenheimer owned his home. How can I find this information to find out his full name and possible his parents day. Thank you for your help
