1st	Brother John W Arnold appointed in place of Brother Isaac W Leatherman on tax committee and assistant clerk.
2nd	Brother Benjamin Hickle asks for a certificate of membership. Decided to give Brother Hickle a certificate.
3rd	Decided to send two Brethren as delegates to district meeting. Daniel B Arnold and George S Arnold is elected as delegates to the district meeting at German Settlement.
4th	Decided to not install Brother John W Leatherman to the office of Ministry, to which the church called (or elected) him in June council of 1879 on account of bad health and other reasons.

1st	Minutes of District meeting read.
2nd	Edward Bailey makes application to be restored in the church as member. Decided to restore him.
3rd	Brother John Whiteman by letter to Brother Daniel B Arnold requests the church consider him no member. Decided - to send two Brethren George S Arnold and Frederick Biser to admonish him, and if he did not acknowledge his wrong and become reconciled; then his request will be considered granted.
4th	A motion needs to settle the balance of debt for the meeting house. Decided - to raise the money by taxing in the same way the poor fund is raised the plan being adopted by the church in 1877. Each member pay one dollar capitation, then taking the assessment of 1879 as a basis, and their indebtedness being deducted; each member pay according to actual worth, the money to be paid by the 25th day of July 1880. George S Arnold and John W Arnold to complete and count each members tax, and they shall also decide who shall be exempt from the capitation and who shall not and the members are to furnish this committee with their actual worth by the 15th day of June 1880. George S Arnold appointed collector.

1st	A charge against Bro James T Whiteman for manifesting a disposition to fight, also, that he used profane language, After having an understanding of the case and Brother James promised to be more careful in the future, the church agreed to bear with him upon his acknowledgement.
2nd	Decided - To give the liberty to sell horsefeed, bread, meat, pies, cakes, apples and candy at the time of the Communion meeting. All parties selling under this decision are strictly forbidden to anything except the articles named.
3rd	Decided - That bro John W Leatherman be appointed solicitor and collector for the treasury of the Domestic and foreign Mission work of our general brotherhood.

1st	A charge against Brother David Riggleman of stealing, swearing and fighting. He was not present at council. But the church thought the evidence sufficient not hold him as member.
2nd	The committee visited Brother John Whiteman (as the 2nd quarterly council of June the 5th 1880, decided in the 3rd query or charge) he acknowledged he was to (?sic) in saying what he did and desired to be retained in the church.
3rd	The committee appointed to levy and collect money to pay church house debt, report that they collected the money and the debt is paid. (The 2nd Quarterly council June 5th 1880, 4th Decision)
