1st	A charge against Brother Solomon Biser by brother James Whiteman and a charge against bro. James Whiteman by bro. Solomon Biser are neither sustained. After hearing the case the church decides to advise them with the rest of the church to help in good humor in difficulties hereafter, and that they were both wrong in the manner they talked to each other.
2nd	A letter from sister Molly Whiteman to the church is read. Upon her request and on account of the disrespectful letter and her worldly appearance she is disowned.
3rd	Church Decides that no huckstering on the ground at the time of the Communion meeting except horsefeed.
4th	Brother John W Leatherman Reports on the 13th day of July 1881, he forwarded to the foreign and domestic mission fund $3.00. Council closed by singing the 281st hymn and prayer.

Second Quarterly council met on Saturday 4th day of ? 1881. Council opened by singing - and prayer, and reading - Romans.

Third Quarterly council called and met on Saturday 5th day of March 1881.
Council opened by singing 282nd hymn, prayer and read the 12th chapter of Romans and some remarks from same.
