Fourth Quarterly council of 1890 called and met January 3rd 1891. Meeting opened by Singing the 283 hymn and prayer and reading the 1st chapt 2 ? Peter and remarks on same by D B Arnold.

Case 1st

Charge against Bro James T Whiteman for Prosecuting in Law,James C Ludwick indictment fro injuring hogs and for making false statements in regard to the matter. Bro James T Whiteman failed to give satisfaction and the church decides to disown him.

Case 2nd

Edward Bailey requests the church to receive him into fellowship again, the church decides not to receive him until he shows better light.

Case 3rd

Case between George Biser and Wm Urice left to committee of five Biser two Urice two and the church one. Biser chose S A Fike and Aron Fike. Urice being absent the church chose three Bros Charles Frantz, Nelson Kelly and Worth George.

Meeting closed by singing hymn 107 and Prayer.

The 1st Quarterly called and met Feb 28th 1891.

Meeting opened by Singing the 282 hymn, prayer, reading 12th Chapt Romans & appropriate remarks by H Nelson Kelley & D B Arnold.
Election held for delegates to district meeting. Bros Peter & G S Arnold delegates to district meeting & D B Arnold to Anual (sic) meeting.
Bro John W Leatherman reports he forwarded to D L Miller, Mt Morris Ill, Jan 17th 1891 $7.00.
Decided to present to the Elders at destrict (sic) meeting Bro Geo S Arnold for Eldership.

Case 1st

It is decided in the case between Brethren George Biser & Wm Urice that the committee meet at the Grove Schoolhouse & take outside evidence then bring it to Beaver Run in case Sister Urice is able to come to Beaver Run in case she is not able to come to Beaver Run the whole matter to be tried at the Grove Schoolhouse at such time as may suit the committee now Selected - council at Antioch Elected Thomas Martin & Wright Roberts to the Deacons office at Newcreek John Parish & Frank Roberts - decided to mak (sic) a freewill gift - the western sufferes(sic) & John W Leatherman was appointed to receive & forward same.

Meeting closed by singing 232 hymn & prayer.

3 Quarterly Council called & met Oct 3rd 1891.
Meeting opened by singing 230 hymn & prayer & reading the 13th of Corinthians & remarks by Bro D B Arnold.

Case 1st

Bro W W Conrad makes an appeal to the church stating he had bin (sic) disabled by the dicharge (sic) of a gun & asks for aid the church decides for Bro G W Leatheman to investigate the matter & if necessary the treasires (sic) help them. Bro J W Leatherman presents a receipt from D Miller, Mt Morris Ill, for $4.00 missionary money sent him from this church for last half of 1891.

Bro Geo S Arnold & ? are appointed as a committee to investigate the necesities (sic) of Sister Annie Biser & advises the best to do & report to the church.

Taylor Arnold & Silas Biser were appointed committee to look after the roofing of Bro Joseph Moyers house.

The church decides to hold a series of meeting some time in November.

4th Quarterly council met Dec 7th 1891 meeting opened by singing 253 hymn & prayer reading part of 14 chap of Corinthians & remarks by Bro D B Arnold.

 Bro G S Arnold & J W Arnold appointed as a committee to visit Sister ?Marie Biser & see her about her family they report their visit to the church
Joseph P Carnell makes application to be restored to fellowship with the church. The church decides Bro Joseph makes necessary acknowledgements to restore him to fellowship, he makes acknowledgements the church decides the money collected to buy hymn books be put in the treasury til some suitable book is found.
