Sister Janie Bailey appointed by the church as correspondant for the Messinger (sic) the church to bear the financial part. Meeting closed by singing hymn & prayer.

2nd	A dissatisfaction in regard to Bro Fay Harman, Decided to refer the matter to his congregation.

Decides to raise two dollars for two duzzan (sic) hymn books in addition to the $4.10 already collected.

Decided to furnish 75 lbs of mutton for communion.

Decided that G S Arnold & J W Arnold go to the assessors books & get a list of the tax receipts of our members in Hamrphire & Mineral Cos. Meeting closed by singing hymn 110 & prayer.

Bro Daniel Howdersheldt & wife present their letter of membership said letter accepted.

Bro D B Arnold to represent us as delegate to Annual Meeting at Decatur Ill June 1895. Church decides to pay his espenses (sic) while at meeting.

Br Jacob McDonald appeared at this Quarterly Council & made acknowledgement as required in last meeting.

By decision of Annual Meeting of 1898 this slip must be filled out by the clerk of the church to which the annexed certificate is presented. When filled out and signed it should be returned AT ONCE to the clerk of the church that issued the certificate. 1st Case	Bro Peter Arnold appointed at ? council to see after Bro Joseph Roberts needs, he says he seen them & told them if they needed anything to report to him & since has heard nothing from them needing anything.
2nd Case	Bro Jesse Wiltison requests to be disowned as a member his request is granted.
3rd Case	Letter of membership granted to Sister Irene Wilken
4th Case	Bro D B Arnold appointed to look after the matter of Building a church house near Isreal ?Wincell in the north fork congregation. ? use his judgement in the matter of finding out what he can in the matter.

1st	Church ? decided to set posts to prevent ? up to church doors the matter of posts & gravel? left in hands of church ?.
2nd	Brethren Martin Biser & Bro Levi Biser act for one year to distribute hymn book in church & decided that hte trustees put in years in ? of broken years & that they remove the shutters from west side & both ends of house & repair. The ? to get new as they think but it is decided to carpet the middle Ile (sic) of the church. Bro John W Leatherman & wife select & get this carpet. Church decided Bro David Biser appointed to ? for church lot & get it in shape so the church gets deed for lot.
3nd	Decided to place hitching rack in front house from bow of hill on each side, committee to look after this hitching rack. Bro Martin & Bro Levi Biser & D R Leatherman committee.
4th	Delegate to Anual (sic) meeting decided to send delegate church ? 1/2 expenses. Bro J B Leatherman Delegate, D R Leatherman alternate with a series of meetings to follow.
5th	Time for communion 8th & 9th of August 1903. Decided to hold a xseries of meeting in the Union Schoolhouse the time to be fixed in future. It is decided to make all regular apposition to at 10:30 the year through & not charge the ? as here from 10 in the summer to 11 in Winter.
6th	Decided to have meeting here the 1st to 4th Sun in each month as trial for 6 mos at least.
	Report of church expense 1902 $66.04, $51.76 in Treasury.
	Meeting cllosed by singing hymn 420 & prayer. It is decided to have C W BAiley get Uncle Solomon ? ground in shape to plant & he be paid out of the fund.-
