decides to report the charges against him to the chruch in Va where
he makes his application. Sister Janie Bailey appointed by the church
as correspondant for the Messinger (sic) the church to bear the

By decision of Annual Meeting of 1898 this slip
must be filled out by the clerk of the church to which the annexed
certificate is presented. When filled out and signed it should be
returned AT ONCE to the clerk of the church that issued the certificate.

Church ? decided to set posts to prevent ? up to church doors the matter of posts & gravel? left in hands of church ?. |

Brethren Martin Biser & Bro Levi Biser act for one year to distribute hymn book in church & decided that hte trustees put in years in ? of broken years & that they remove the shutters from west side & both ends of house & repair. The ? to get new as they think but it is decided to carpet the middle Ile (sic) of the church. Bro John W Leatherman & wife select & get this carpet. Church decided Bro David Biser appointed to ? for church lot & get it in shape so the church gets deed for lot. |

Decided to place hitching rack in front house from bow of hill on each side, committee to look after this hitching rack. Bro Martin & Bro Levi Biser & D R Leatherman committee. |

Delegate to Anual (sic) meeting decided to send delegate church ?

Time for communion 8th & 9th of August 1903. Decided to hold a xseries of meeting in the Union Schoolhouse the time to be fixed in future. It is decided to make all regular apposition to at 10:30 the year through & not charge the ? as here from 10 in the summer to 11 in Winter. |

Decided to have meeting here the 1st to 4th Sun in each month as trial for 6 mos at least. |
