Henry Fleek's Will
In the name of God Amen I Henry Fleek Snr of Hampshire County & State of Virginia ConSidering the Cairtainty of Death & The conceivety/unconety(?) of the Time of it, Do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and Form.
Following That is to Say
1st I desire my Just Debts duly paid & my body Desently Entered at the discretion of my Executors,
2dly I give to my wife Susanah The mansion House, Gardain and one Stable and the Two Blacks namely Rose and wade Two Cows one Horse, Two Sheep, 1 hog and as much produce and others necestys as or Shall be Sufficient for her Support During Her natural Life to be Furnishd unto Her paiments of produce Due to me from my two sons Henry and Solomon Fleek.
3rdly I desire ........ That All my pearsonal Estate otherwise Shall be Devided Equally devided among All my Sons and Dauters Then to Their heirs (do.?)
4thly I desire that my Grand Daughter Susanah Fleek be paid Two Hundred Doller's to be Raised out The money due to me from the Said Henry and Solomon to be paid to the Said Susannah when She be Comes to be of age
5thly After my wifes deasece I desire that the two before named Negros be Sold by my Exetors and all my pearsonal estate be divioded equally amongst my Sons and daughters & to There Heirs.
and Lastly I do Hereby Constuteth and apoint my son John Fleek and Henry Fleek Executors of This my Last will and Testament Hereby Revoking All others or formere Wills or Testaments by me Heretofore made.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & afixed seal this 31st day of July in the year of One (this line a new page) Thousand Eight Hundred & Sixteen & of The Independency the Fortieth year.
