WILL OF WILLIAM W WELKER

Keyser, W Va, Sept 20th, 1915
Mindful of the uncertainty of life, I William W Welker of
Mineral County, and State of W Va, do hereby proclaim this writing to
be my last will and testament, I do give to my beloved wife, Blanche
M Welker the following property, of which I die seized The Hotel
Property, known as the Halbrighter property, corner of Mineral and
Armstrong Streets in Keyser, Mineral County, State of W Va. Also the
Hotel Property which I built corner of West Piedmotn and "D"
Streets in town of Keyser, Mineral County, State of W Va, and all
grounds belonging to said properties. I also will all of my
outstanding accounts to my wife, Blanche M Welker, for collection and
distribution as she may desire. Also a note for Five Hundred Dollars
($500) with interest from date, from Sarah E W Burkhiser and W C Burkhiser.
I do appoint my wife, Blanche M Welker, as my executor to
carry out the provisions of this will.

We, Mrs E A Firlie, and W V Stewart, the witnesses hereto,
do certify that we signed our names hereto as witnesses, at the
request of the testator, in the presence of testator, and in the
presence of each other; that said testator did, in our presence, sign
said Will, and did state that same was his last will and testament.

In the vacation of said Court.
On this 15th day of January 1916, a writing bearing the
date the 20th day of Sept, 1915, purporting to be the last will and
testament of William W Welker, deceased, late of Keyser, Mineral
County, W Va, was presented in the Clerk's Office for probate and record.
