DIRECTIONS: Riggs Cemetery, Union District, Pleasants County WV on Ruttencutter property. From the intersection of State Route 2 and State Route 16, go north on State Route 2 about 1.2 miles to the second house on the right. (Known as the Ruttencutter property in 6/2000).
