Wagoner Cemetery

From State Route 2 in St. Marys, take County Road 3 (Hebron Road) for 9.1 miles to Shawnee at the intersection of County Road 3, County Road 28 (Federal Ridge Road) and County Road 3/8 (Sugar Creek Hill). Turn left and take County Road 3/8 for 0.8 miles across Sugar Creek Bridge. Turn right on County Road 3/9 for 0.7 pass a yellow farm house on the left to a farm (dozer) road on the left. The cemetery is about 100 yards up the farm road on the right. The cemetery is near two large white oak trees which can be seen from the county road. This cemetery has been called the "Twigg Cemetery near Dick Tice's house". The cemetery is about 0.8 miles from Twigg. This cemetery was established by the Christopher Wagoner Family and is believed to be his burial place per his descendents. However, there is only one tombe stone and several graves (5-6) marked by field stones. Descendents of this family thinks there were more in years pass.
