Murder Cases being Tried Now
Gross To Be Tried for Murder

J. L. Gross, charged with the murder of Henry Henkle, will be tried Saturday in criminal court before Judge Anderson.
It will be remembered that Gross, in a cold blooded manner, shot and killed Henkle, according to the states evidence gathered about Montecoe, near where the shooting occurred last fall.
It is more than likely that the state will demand conviction on the charge of first degree murder.
