The trial of O. C. DanielsRaleigh Register - Thursday, 21 Apr 1921 Beckley, W. Va. DANIELS JURY DISAGREES The trial of O. C. Daniels, charged with the murder of Charles Cook on November 2nd, 1920, came to a close Monday at noon when the jury was discharged after failing to reach a verdict, being out from Friday evening until Monday morning.
