DANIELS JURY DISAGREES

The trial of O. C. Daniels, charged with the murder of Charles Cook on November 2nd, 1920, came to a close Monday at noon when the jury was discharged after failing to reach a verdict, being out from Friday evening until Monday morning. The case was one of the most bitterly fought during the present term of court.
