WRISTONS AND STOVERS ON ANOTHER RAMPAGE
Fire on Automobile Containing State Witness in Williams Case
Morris Maynor, Weese Wriston, and Garner Stover, of the Clear Creek neighborhood, the latter of whom is out under bond as an accessory to the murder of Ismel Williams and the serious wounding of his father, Linus Williams, some months ago, are accused of firing on an automobile last Sunday which contained Hobart Williams, a witness for the state in the Williams murder trial that will probably take place at the present term of Criminal court.
Maynor was arrested soon after the shooting, and arraigned before a justice of the peace, who released him on bond. The others have not been arrested.
