MILTON - Virginia Ivaleen "Ivy" Johnson, 72, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 14, 2001, in Teays Manor, Hurricane. Born Nov. 20, 1928, in Summers County, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe C. and Virginia Grace Pack Hall. Mrs. Johnson was a faithful wife and loving mother. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. She was co-owner of Vicky's Candy Craft, located at Milton, Beaver, and formerly in Charles-ton. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Church In The Valley, Milton. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, W.J. "Joe" Johnson; a son and daughter-in-law, Roy Lee and Cindy Johnson of Huntington; a daughter and son-in-law, Vicky Lynn and David Lee Clark of Ona; two sisters, Versie Smith of Winfield and Betty Jean and Bernard Herron of Akron, Ohio; six grandchildren, Robert Lee Johnson, Virginia Ann Wil-lard, James Michael Johnson, Kara Sharee Johnson, Donna Lynn Stollkings and Douglas Lee Clark; 10 great-grandchildren; and an adopted granddaughter through Church In The Valley, Amanda Warner. Service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Church In The Valley, Milton, with Dr. Stan Maynard and the Rev. David Ashworth officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
