GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- Margaret Ann Lewis, 59, formerly of Edmond and Charleston, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 1998, in a Washington, D.C., hospital following a long illness. Born Dec. 8, 1938, at Winona, she was the daughter of the late Garnet Small Syner. Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker and was a two-year resident of Maryland. Survivors include her husband, Ray Lewis; a daughter, Deborah Selecman of Gaithersburg, Md.; three sons, "Ricky" McMillion and his wife, Patricia, of Stafford, Va., Raymond Lewis and his wife, Irene, of England, and Michael Lewis of Denver, Colo.; two brothers, Billy "Sonny" Small and Doris of Lansing, and Tommy Syner and Beverly of Richmond, Va.; two grandchildren, Raymond Lewis III and Uriah Selecman; and one great-grandson, Christopher Selecman. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lansing Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenney Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Legg/Small Cemetery on Sunday Road, Hico.
