William Dale Lively, 35, of Crab Orchard, died Tuesday, March 27, 2001, following an automobile accident. Born Dec. 15, 1965, in Hope-well, Va., he was the son of Shirley Joan Hilton Walker and her husband, Lendo, of Beckley, and Billy Joe Lively and his wife, Marcie, of Sherwood, Ohio. Mr. Lively spent his childhood in Columbus, Ohio, and had been a resident of Crab Orchard since 1987. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Ruth Harvey and his paternal grandparents, William and Pearl Lively. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Sherry Sears Lively; two daughters, Tiffany Ann Lively and Latasha "Nikki" Lively, all of Crab Orchard; three sisters, Teresa Ann Allison of Beckley, Betty Joyce Erhardt of Columbus, Ohio, and Vikki Jo Porter of Pikeville, Ky.; a brother, Billy Joe Matson of Dayton, Ohio; two stepbrothers, Lendo Walker Jr. of Beckley and Gerry Walker of Beckley; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Curtis and Jean Sears of Crab Orchard; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Melton Mortuary Cha-pel with the Revs. Ronald Adkins and Daniel Legg officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. Friends may call 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be James Greer, Curtis Sears Jr., Sam Prince, Ron Blankenship, Davey Billings, Robert and Randy Hilton and Rick Dixon.
