SUNBURY, Ohio - Elmer Morgan, 78, died Friday, July 20, 2001, at his home following a short illness. Born April 12, 1923, at Fanrock, he was the son of the late Charles and Carrie Hatfield Morgan. Mr. Morgan moved to Sunbury in 1960. He was retired from Rockwell International and served three years in the Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee Toler of Sunbury, originally of Baileysville; two sons, Elmer Craig Morgan of Fayetteville, N.C., and Chris Martin Morgan of Sunbury, Ohio; two brothers-in-law, Albert H. Toler of Ontario, Calif., and Herbert A. Toler of Car-michael, Calif.; and a nephew, Malcolm England of Fanrock. Service will be 4 p.m. today at Querry-Toler Funeral Home, Oceana. Burial will follow in Morgan Cemetery at Fanrock with military graveside rites being conducted by the Wyoming County Veteran Honor Guard. Friends may call 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.
