PIERPOINT - Theodore Howard Sizemore, 58, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2001, at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley. Born May 3, 1943, in Pierpoint, he was the son of the late Alvah and Eva Jane Phillips Sizemore. Mr. Sizemore was a lifelong resident of Pierpoint and a member of Pierpoint Freewill Baptist Church. He loved to camp, fish and hunt. He was last employed as a coal miner with Benafuels at Herndon. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Silas, Edward, and William Sizemore; and a half brother, Tom Harmon. Survivors include his wife, Carol Dixon Sizemore; two daughters, Kimberly Sue Lambert and her husband, Keith, of Iroquois and Brenda Michelle Sargent and her husband, Charles, of Mullens; a son, Jo-seph Shawn Sizemore and his wife, Chasity, of Black Eagle; four grandchildren, Teaira Sargent, Kameron Lambert, Savannah and Madison Sizemore; two sisters, Phyllis Pendry of Florida and Elizabeth Jean Collins of Virginia; a half sister, Charlotte Brooks of California; and five brothers, Rob-ert Sizemore of Beckley, Harry Mack Sizemore of Lester, Alvah Sizemore Jr. of Beckley, Kenneth Sizemore of Fairdale and K.D. Sizemore of Ohio. Service will be noon Saturday at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel, Mullens, with the Rev. Charles Acord and Richard Massey officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley. Friends may call 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
