Lila T. Francisco, 86, of 111 Bibb Ave., Beckley, died at 3 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2001, at SunBridge Pinelodge nursing facility, Beckley, following a long illness. Born Aug. 25, 1914, in Raleigh County, she was the daughter of the late Ellen Gunnoe Stover. Mrs. Francisco was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's United Methodist Church, Beckley. She had lived most of her life in Beckley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Francisco; and a daughter, Gloria Washburn. Survivors include four sons, Bob Francisco and his wife, Sue, of Beaver, J.C. Francisco and his wife, Charlene, of Stanaford Acres, Beckley, Herb Francisco and his wife, Lois, of Parkersburg and Ernie Francisco of Bradley; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Service will be 2:30 p.m. today at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel, Beckley, with Pastor Jim Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. Friends may call one hour before service today at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Claude Maynard, Richard Owens, Jason and Sean Francisco, Michael Gunnoe and Lyle Washburn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's United Methodist Church, 2012 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801, in memory of Mrs. Francisco.
