RUPERT - Mary Bell Taylor, 80, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2001, at her home following a long illness. Born Oct. 28, 1920, at Regina, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Adam and Ella New Ratliff. Mrs. Taylor had been a resident of Rupert for the past 56 years, and was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband of almost 60 years, Robert Lee Taylor of Rupert; a daughter, Sharon Taylor Ayers and husband, Harvey, of Rupert; two sons, James A. Taylor and wife, Betty Jane, of Austell, Ga., and Ronald L. Taylor of Austell, Ga.; two brothers, Nelson Ratliff and Bill Ratliff, both of Regina, Ky.; eight grandchildren, Debbie, Stephanie, Melissa, Douglas, David, Jimmy, Kevin, and Dwayne; and 15 great-grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home Chapel, Rainelle, with Pastor Charles Stevens and Preacher Ernest Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
