Sylvanus ("VAN") MORRISON born in 1862, m. Sarah Ann JOHNS of Jackson Co. WV 1890; succeeded to the home farm by purchase of the shares of the other heirs of Jacob B. deceased & also owns the Thomas RAINES farm. Their children: Lucy m. John GARRETT; John m. Ida RAINES & Harriet m. James STANLEY.
