early 1800's. Daughter Sophia born in Taylor Co. Jan. 1, 1810 married Melker
J. MARTIN from Barbour Co. on May 1, 1830 in Monongalia Co. and
moved West about 1855. Daughter Leah born 1807 married Felix RYAN
Oct. 3, 1828.

WATTIER, Virginia b.1822 in Floyon, France. Moved to Wyoming Co.
NY with family. Then to West Virginia abt?? died in 1903 Grafton, Taylor,
WV. She had three marriages and no children. Married HYMAN, CLINE,
Cpt DONAHUE, who died in 1904 in Grafton WV. Would like more information
on these marriages and her siblings.

a Ruth BALL from Greenbrier County. He died about February or March
of 1969. At the time of death he was residing in Taylor County. Any information
such as the date of birth, who his parents were, marriage date, etc. would

I am searching for information about William MASON, b. 1808 m. Jane
THAYER
daughter of Stephen and Martha Washburn Packard from Mass. Thayers
moved to Oakland, MD. William and Jane later are listed with their family
in Preston Co. in 1850 census. Their daughter Maria B. 1842 D. 1899 married
William Johnson CLARKSON. Who was William Mason? Any help would

At the edge town, near the railroad, of Grafton WV, I visited a monument,
nearly 40 years ago. This monument was of Thornberry Bailey BROWN,
my g-g-grandfather, first Union soldier killed in the Civil War.I am searching
for parents,wife, brothers, sisters or relatives of Mr. BROWN. Family moved
to Zanesville Ohio, but not sure when. Any information would be appreciated.
