CLELLAND, MORGAN,
TUCKER
posted by Kathleen Rizer on Friday, June 6, 1997
Have searched and found no further data on the James CLELLAND who
married Sarah MORGAN on 14 Sept 1818. Was this in Taylor Co?
Sarah MORGAN CLELLAND seems to have died in Taylor Co. about 1865.
She was the daughter of Zackquill MORGAN. Does anyone have dates
for James CLELLAND? Their children were Drusilla CLELLAND
b. 1819 (where?) who married J. Harrison TUCKER and did live in
Taylor Co. There was also a son, Zackwell CLELLAND b. 1823. Did
he marry?

Now know that J. Harrison TUCKER married Drusilla CLELLAND
about 1842. He died before the 1860 census. His widow and five daughters
are in that 1860 Taylor Co. census. The daughter were : Celia b 1843, Rachel
b 1847, Virginia b 1850, Bathsheba b. 1852, and Caroline b 1854. Did any
of these girls marry? When did the parents, J. Harrison TUCKER and
Drusilla CLELLAND, die?
