Last
Will & Testament
This being my last will and disarmling all others
heretofore having bin made. I hereby bequeath to my Wife
Margaret Williamson all of my money to take care of her after I
am dead, then at her death the money what is left is to be
equally divied between my heirs, except the movably propaty, and
it is to go to my Daughter Jane Williamson. I hereby do appoint
William Williamson my Son Execatore of my estate.
As

August term 1855. This Last Will and testament of James
Williamson Sen. was presented in Court and the acknowledgement
of the said James Williamson Sen. was proven by the oath of John
C. Parker a Subscribing Witness thereto. And at the September
term next of the said Court in the year aforesaid the Same was
fully proven by the Oath of Anthony Loveall also a Subscribing
Witness thereto and thereupon the said will was ordered to be
recorded as and for the true Last Will and testament of the said
James Williamson Sen. deceased.
